Rithik is a seasoned data science educator with academic roots at VIT and Vidyalankar. He has mentored students nationwide as a Visiting Faculty at IMS Proschool and a Subject Matter Expert for IBM, Microsoft’s Quantum Learning, and Edusprint. His expertise spans Python, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Platforms. Known for his engaging teaching style, Rithik blends theory with practical case studies to make complex topics accessible.

Bias Bhadra

Senior Mentor – Programming & Visualization

With academic roots from NIT Rourkela (Ph.D. - Pursuing) and a Master’s in Computer Science from NIT Durgapur, Bias Bhadra is a rare combination of researcher, developer, and educator. He currently serves as Head of the Department (CSE) at Chaibasa Engineering College and brings over a decade of teaching and mentoring experience.

Bias has also worked as an expert faculty member for UpGrad and as an AI Prompt Engineer at Soul AI.

Pratyay Ranjan Datta

Senior Academic Advisor – Statistics & Research

A brilliant statistician and academic, Pratyay Ranjan Datta holds a PG Diploma in Data Science & Machine Learning from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), where he ranked in the 99th percentile. He also earned his MSc in Statistics from Presidency University, Kolkata and has been among the top 30 rankers in CSIR-NET Mathematical Sciences (AIR 27, 2015).

SHREYAN RANA

A passionate problem-solver with hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and full-stack development, he holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and has completed impactful internships and roles with reputed organizations.

He served as a Data Science Intern at IDEAS, Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Kolkata, contributing to applied analytics projects under expert academic mentorship. Before that, he explored machine learning applications as an Intern at Orinsson Technologies, where he focused on developing real-world AI solutions. His role as a Full Stack Developer at Mekyek helped him gain solid experience in building scalable web platforms and integrating AI-driven features.

At Finsight Academy, he currently oversees the legal and compliance aspects of the institution, ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth academic operations. Additionally, he contributes to the academic development of data science modules, helping design and review course content to ensure it meets both industry standards and educational rigor.

PRITHWISH RANA

With a dynamic background in finance, marketing, and client relationship management, he brings a wealth of real-world experience to Finsight Academy. He holds an MBA in Finance & Business Analytics, along with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, giving him a strong foundation in both strategic thinking and technical problem-solving.

He has served as the Chief Relationship Manager at ICICI Direct, where he advised and managed high-value investment portfolios for clients. Prior to that, he gained hands-on experience as a Portfolio Analyst Intern at Magnum Finvest, and worked in marketing and financial analysis during his internship at TLS. His industry exposure spans portfolio management, client strategy, and data-driven financial decision-making.

At Finsight Academy, he mentors students in financial literacy, investment analysis, and business strategy, helping bridge academic learning with practical career paths in finance and analytics.

SAYANTAN DAS

Sayantan is a seasoned professional with over a lot of experience in equity markets, client advisory, and team leadership. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics (Hons.), combining analytical strength with deep market insight.

He has held leadership roles such as Branch Manager at Choice Equity Broking Pvt. Ltd., Senior Manager at Tradebulls Securities, and Senior Relationship Manager at Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. Throughout his career, he has managed high-net-worth clients, led brokerage teams, and provided strategic investment guidance across diverse portfolios.

At Finsight Academy, he leverages his extensive experience to mentor students in stock market fundamentals, portfolio strategy, and relationship management, preparing them for careers in financial services, broking, and investment advisory.
